Terms of Use

By installing or using Egg Island, you agree to these terms.

1. License

Tuan Hoang grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment in compliance with law and app-store rules.

2. Leaderboards

Your display name and scores may be public. You must not submit offensive content, impersonate others, share personal contact details, or use tools to cheat. We may rename, remove scores from, or restrict violating profiles.

3. Ads and rewards

Some rewards require completing a rewarded ad. Ads may be unavailable because of connectivity, region, or provider conditions. Rewards are granted only after the provider confirms valid completion.

4. Service changes

The game is provided as available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, progress lost after app deletion, network interruptions, or ranking changes.
