Data deletion request

Delete Egg Island data

You may delete leaderboard data in the app or submit a request by email.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open Egg Island and go to Settings → Privacy.
2. Select Delete my data.
3. Review the notice and confirm deletion.

In-app requests are processed immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have access to the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Egg Island data deletion request”. Include your display name, approximate last-played date, and operating system so we can identify the correct anonymous record. Do not send passwords or payment information.

Data deleted

• Anonymous player identifier and leaderboard display name.
• Associated scores, rankings, and score submission history.

Data not affected

Progress stored locally on your device is not removed by this request. Clear app data in your operating system or uninstall the game to remove it. Data processed by Google for advertising or analytics is subject to Google's controls and retention periods.

Processing time

In the app: immediately. By email: within 30 days after we identify the correct record.
